What’s Included in Your Photography Package:

1. You will have access to the Tulips before open hours.
2. There are 2 different large Tulip fields for photos.
3. You can have as many sessions as you would like during the 1.5-hour time slot.
4. You can bring props as long as they do not damage any of the tulips.
5. There will only be one other photographer on the property with you.  Unless there is a rain out, there could potentially be 3 photographers at most.

Rules for Photography Sessions:

1. To reserve a time slot, you will need to pay the photographer fee in full before you are confirmed booked.
2. Your clients can walk through the fields on the walking paths and have full access to the flowers.
3. If ANY damage is done to the tulips (picked, squished, etc.) you will pay a damage fee of $100. No exceptions.
4. Only the Tulip field portion of the farm will be available for pictures.  You and your clients are not authorized to visit other areas of the farm.
5. The time that you are allowed on the property is 9:00AM - 10:30AM.   This includes set-up and clean-up. Your last session should be done at 10:30AM, so we have time to setup for public admission.
6. No dogs or other animals allowed on property for use in photos.
7. If your clients wish to stay for the Tulip Festival, they will have to leave and pay admission for re-entry.
8. It is also YOUR responsibility to let your clients know the rules of the farm before they visit. If these rules are not followed, you and your clients will be asked to leave without a refund. No exceptions.
9. Be respectful of the other photographers on the property and share the space.
10. You will be supervised by one of the farm managers to make sure that all rules are followed.

Inclement Weather:

If rain occurs, we will work with you to schedule to come out a different day. If you can not reschedule, you will get a FULL refund of $200.
